DOORS

• Main door - Frame will be of teak fitted with 35 mm thick moulded skin shutters with melamine finish with Godrej or equivalent locks, aldrops, safety chain & peep hole with fittings will be of antique finish.
• Other door - Good quality wood frame 32 mm thick with flush door shutter (AVT Flush door / Madras chip board) with enamel paint finish with fittings will be of antique finish.
• Bathroom doors - Good quality wood frame with PU – coated 32 mm thick flush doors (AVT Flush door / Madras chip board) with enamel finish with fittings will be of antique finish.

WINDOWS AND VENTILATORS

• Windows will be Pre fabricated Fenesta windows (UPVC) / equivalent.
• Ventilators will be of good quality wooden frame with glass louvers.
• In each bedroom one opening with steel grill covered with glass will be provided for installation of room air conditioner or provision for Split A/C will be provided as desired by the owners.
• French window cum doors - Good quality wooden frame with Glass shutters.

PAINTING

• Ceiling in all rooms - 1 coat of primer 2 coats of emulsion.
• Inner wall - The wall will be painted with 2 coat cement based wall care putty and 1 coat wall primer and 2 coats of emulsion paint with roller finish (Asian / Nippon).
• External wall - The wall painted with 1 coat of white cement and 1 coat of exterior wall primer and 2 coats exterior emulsion (Apex / Ultima).
